This figurine was first introduced in 1981 for MEMBERS OF THE GOEBEL COLLECTORS CLUB ONLY and NOT sold as an Open Edition.
Originally modeled by master sculptor Gerhard Skrobek in July 1967. It has an incised 1981 copyright along with the (TM) trademark: #6 © Goebel West Germany 1981 And bears the inscription “Exclusive SPECIAL EDITION No.7 FOR MEMBERS OF THE GOEBEL COLLECORS’ CLUB” applied to the blue decal.
